MESSAGE FROM THE CHAIRMAN:
Happy 4th of July, our nation’s Independence Day. Let us remember that freedom isn’t free. It is our duty to preserve that freedom for ourselves and our posterity.
This past Thursday, I met with a number of Republican county chairmen from NE Ohio as well as other parts of the state. Medina County Chairman Jim Renacci organized and hosted this meeting. The primary purpose was to discuss ways to strengthen our party, beginning at the local level. For more than an hour, we exchanged ideas on this, and other topics and it was good to note that we were very much supportive of one another. In my opinion, the number one priority at this moment in time is, unity. Our contentious primary was completed two months ago so hopefully we can come together and look forward to winning the November general election. Let us not be distracted by Democrats and their allies in the Media who are promoting dubious issues, e.g. January 6th, Roe v. Wade, Putin, etc.. The only issue that matters to the voters is the economy, their pocketbook, and who is responsible for our current state of affairs. Nothing else matters more than our entire ticket winning in November. Lorain County voters will have the choice of 21 candidates, all of whom have a very good chance to win. At the June 25, 2022 Lorain County GOP Executive Committee meeting, we unanimously agreed to endorse all 21, pending the final results of the August 2. Primary Election. Please join me this Wednesday, July 6 at the Lorain County Board of Elections, 1985 North Ridge Rd. E., Lorain at 8am as I plan to cast my vote for the offices of Ohio State Senate, the 53rd Ohio House Representative, and the Ohio Republican Party State Central Committee, male and female representatives. Early and Absentee voting continues until August 1, 2pm. I hope to see you somewhere soon! Enjoy your weekend. God Bless America! -David Arredondo, Executive Chairman, Lorain County Republican Party THANK YOU FOR READING! We want to thank you for giving us your time and attention these last few minutes.
